Getting Started

Co-living is a form of shared living that centres, where people share spaces together, thereby acting as active contributors and collaborators to the community. The millenial student force today is a mobile urban population that is growing at a rapid pace. This generates a need of having access to high-quality living spaces.

HooLiv offers housing solutions for the students enabling them with an access to high-quality living spaces, more flexible leases and all-inclusive memberships (utilities, housekeeping and social events).

At HooLiv, we understand the importance of time and space for everyone. We take care of the little things so that you can enjoy your space and the company of your fellow members. We also offer a single point of contact with our HooLiv Buddies, who provide logistical support and will help you for all your day to day needs.

The membership has different plans being offered to you based on your needs and budget. HooLiv membership starts with a basic plan in a capacity of Twin sharing rooms which includes bedding, study table, wardrobe, electricity.

HooLiv also offers individual Single Rooms for the individuals who are looking for Private spaces. For the people who would like to have Air Conditioned Facilities, and Meal Plans, HooLiv charge an additional nominal fee, and can be subscribed by informing to your HooLiv buddy.

No, you have no obligations and bear no costs either. HooLiv buddies will try to match your profile with the other HooLiv members and will be showing the rooms and facilities according to your profile.

We hold fortnightly and monthly events celebrations that brings HooLiv members together for some fun and networking. Our events range from parties, movies, workshops, industrial sessions to professional visits. Make sure you keep to keep a watch on our Facebook page for the upcoming events!

Absolutely! After allocating you the room, your HooLiv buddy will organize you a visit to your potential home during studies. You will hear about the other people that share the space with you. You will only be shown an rooms that’s shared by people whose profiles match yours.

Today, the student force is dynamic, fast and well connected over internet. At HooLiv, we respect the fact of being connected. Every facility of HooLiv is well equipped with WiFi. Every HooLiv member gets a connection of 10 GB data download on monthly basis.

HooLiv provides move-in kit to every HooLiv member at the time of check-in which includes the room essentials and bed linens, pillow and pillow covers. However Additional bed linen, pillow covers, towels can be purchased from your HooLiv buddy.

Your bed will already be made when you move into your space.

No. As a safety measure and precautions, Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. However, you are free to connect with your HooLiv buddy and request to cook snacks etc., for yourself. Special dishes at the request may also be cooked at additional cost.

Help & Support

Should you find yourself in a situation where your fellow room mate is causing you distress or cannot connect with you, and you have taken all steps to address the occasional relationship hiccups, we will place you in the next available room that matches your profile.

We’re working on an app that’s going to bring the HooLiv team and members closer, while You’ll be able to book services, report home related issues and make purchases / payments directly on the app. You can also keep track of events, enroll your participation and have a quick preview of who’s in the HooLiv community and close to you.

Absolutely. As long as you respect the space and value the time of your fellow HooLiv colleagues. Overnight stays in the same accommodation is not allowed at HooLiv. If you want to have your friends or family members staying for more than a day, you can opt for an accommodation by paying additional charges. With this, you can have your visitors staying with you beyond a day but not more than 3 days.
